Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy
At Stone Valley Hobby & Games you are our top priority. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Stone Valley Hobby & Games within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The following applies to all returns:
The item(s) must be in the same condition they were delivered in.
Your item must be in its original unused condition. Items cannot be returned if they have been opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.
You are responsible for shipping costs. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We recommend that you insure your shipment. You will not be reimbursed for an item that Stone Valley Hobby & Games does not receive.
How To Return An Item:
1. Please email email@example.com or call to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking # and return instructions. You must include the Tracking Number with a return to receive a refund or credit.
2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Items returned for any reason other than damage are subject to a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
No exchanges are currently allowed.
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
