Returns, Refunds and Exchanges Policy

At Stone Valley Hobby & Games you are our top priority. You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Stone Valley Hobby & Games LLC within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Additionally, there is an annual return window extension timeline. If your item arrives between November 25 to December 17, you have until January 28th of the next year to return the item(s).

The following applies to all returns:

The item(s) must be in the same condition they were shipped in.

Your item must be in its original unused, undamaged condition. Items cannot be returned if they have been opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, damaged, or altered in any way will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Return Fees

You are responsible for shipping costs. If you initially paid for shipping, that cost will not be refunded. Additionally, return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). We recommend that you insure your shipment as you will not be reimbursed for an item that Stone Valley Hobby & Games does not receive. Local customers can return the item(s) directly back to the store.

Restocking Fee
We do not have a restocking fee.

How To Return An Item:

1. Please email admin@stonevalleygames.com or call 256.203.6677 to request a refund and we will assign you return instructions.

2. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exchanges
Exchanges are not allowed.

Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect your return. We'll notify you via e-mail once we have initiated your refund. Even though we initiate the refund right away, it may take several weeks for the banking system to fulfill the refund.
