We had an incredible Arkham Horror and The Lord of the Rings card game order arrive! As an example, we now have all of the Lord of the Rings card game Sagas in stock! Lots of other restocks and new items on the shelves for you to check out. Not settling on their laurels, the publishers are ramping up again and put us to work laying in a slew of amazing looking preorders. There really is a lot of new items in the shop!

You Matter. No, it's true. As I'm always looking for ways of improving the store I really appreciate questions and requests from our customers. Last week someone complained about our review process. They stated that they would like to review the store, but hadn't had enough time to properly review the games they ordered yet. Unfortunately the system didn't allow an incomplete review be submitted. We checked with the devs and within a few days had it fixed! Now, the only mandatory entry will be for the store with the products no longer mandatory - so folks have the option of entering information or not before submitting. They can then go back and submit the games at a later time.
You may not know, but reviews are very important to Search Engine Optimization and significantly impact ranking - especially Google. The reviews demonstrate legitimacy, and make up about 10% of the algorithm involved in SEO....that's huge! So, we are always looking for customers to review products - it really helps our little store be seen amongst all the noise.
We have also been receiving reports that the order screen sometimes does not allow the order to finish and just spins and spins. I believe it has to do with our shipping plugin - that it's having problems finding the address or something like that. We've been working with the devs, but as it's intermittent and doesn't happen very often we haven't been able to pin it down. However, we had a customer able to grab a screen shot of their address page and order page and sent them in. So, if you have a similar issue please grab a screen shot. We will get this bug fixed!
Finally, we are looking at getting our board game giveaways going again. We had tied them to Solosaurus, but since the transition there hasn't been a lot of episodes released. So, we're thinking about just getting it started and then as the Solosaurus crew get into their rhythm we can synch. I also want you to know that we're much more interested in getting a game into a player's hand than the brief and temporary popularity bump the giveaway brings. Don't get me wrong, we will take just about any publicity! However, ultimately it's all about the gaming community!
