If you're watching Super Bowl LV or not all I have to say is that lovely groundhog needs to try that again. Come on man! Geesh. Well, as we're huddling for warmth the games are flowing hot and heavy around here! New games added, like Paleo, Obsession, Windward. Restocks like A Feast for Odin, and lots of Lord of the Rings Card Game packs. There's also a number of preorders to include the wildly popular Bloodborne board game. There's more to see, and shop news too!
Hey everyone, Eric here with this week's update. Not too much shop talk this week, and for those new around here you can skip the news and jump to the very bottom to see what Restocks, New Products, and Preorders we added last week.
As you can tell by the update photo we've culminated our relationship with the wonderful Don Hallagan, owner of Kayenta Games and his Obsession board game. It's one of those games that folks just love, even those who may not particularly love the theme. There's also going to be a tie-in with one of the groups we sponsor in the future, but that's a ways away so this is just a spoiler seedling. I'll water it later...
I have some news on the PDFs for the Old-School Essentials books releasing in April. I've coordinated with Gavin, the creator of Old-School Essentials, and he's willing to provide us PDFs for the Advanced rulebooks. None of the other products are ready yet. That leaves us with a bit of a dilemma; do we send out the PDFs piecemeal or wait until we have them all and send them at once. I'll tell you this, I can already see a logistical nightmare trying to keep things straight if we do it piecemeal... but on the other hand the customers will absolutely love having the PDFs early. I'm going to mull it over for a few days and decide once we get the PDFs in hand what we're going to do. Knowing me, I'll probably send them as we get them and develop some kind of matrix to keep track.
That's it for our weekly news. Below are the Restocks, New Items, and Preorders added to the shop last week.
