Weekly Store Update: 7 March
Some great activity around the shop last week! We received some timely restocks, added a handful great new titles, including Heroes of Tenefyr from our partners Broken Mill in the Netherlands, and set up a few fantastic looking preorders. Our customer Stanley sent us a video showing how well our packing works, and let's not forget how you came to our rescue!
It's Eric, store co-owner and usual scribe for the weekly update. In case you're new to the weekly, I lay out shop news at the top - but if you'd rather just see what restocks, new items and preorders we set up last week you can skip right to the bottom to check that out. Onto the news!
As we mentioned last week, we drew the winners and now they have been announced on the Solosaurus podcast. Interestingly, had our first international winner, Miguel Lourenco from Portugal, who won the Kickstarter version of Warp's Edge! The second winner was Todd Graham from North Carolina who took home the retail review copy of the same game. Congratulations to the winners! Hey, there's more where that came from. Stay tuned as we will announce information about our next giveaway soon.
If you know us, you know we take pride in our packaging. Sure, it's easy to say that, but here's something to help back it up. Our customer Stanley shot a short video because he was fairly sure by the state of the shipping box that there would be damage to the games themselves. He was going to use the video to help in the claim. Well, let's just say that our packing process held up! By the way, this package was sent at no cost to Stanley as he met the $100 free shipping threshold. Check it out!
I also wanted to provide a little insight into the functionality of the webstore. It's probably very different from other shops you've seen, but there's a lot of neat features we just haven't seen in other gaming webstores. Well, maybe this next one. If you're looking for a game and you notice it's out of stock you can add it to your SVG Wishlist. You can set your Wishlist to have the system send you an email once we restock it. That will save you from having to check back and maybe missing it. Pretty neat! I'll provide more helpful tricks and tips as the weeks pass.
One last thing. Last week I uncharacteristically whined about an odd and unwarranted one star review on our Google store page that Google refuses to remove and several of you came to our rescue - pushing that one star review down and adding some fantastic reviews on top. It actually took me a bit by surprise as we didn't request a call for action or anything, but folks just stepped up to help. Thank you so very much! I really am kind of at a loss for words so I'll just sit here and beam for awhile.

Any word on the Pre-ordered PDF’s for OSE Advanced Monsters & Treasures books?
As of 3/7/21 no, we don’t have any updates. I know they recently released a few adventure PDFs, but as we bundled those we will not be sending them out until they are all available. –Eric
